Intro:
The #1 reason people fail before they even start is “Analysis Paralysis.” They spend months wondering what they should do, while others are already out there making money. You don’t need a stroke of genius to find a niche; you just need a framework. At From Zero to Hero, we use the Triple-Threat Framework.
The Triple-Threat Framework:
To find your “Million-Dollar Niche,” draw three overlapping circles:
- What are you good at? (Skills: Writing, fixing things, organizing, gaming).
- What do you enjoy? (Passions: Fitness, tech, gardening, dogs).
- What do people pay for? (Market Demand: Saving time, making money, health, entertainment).
Where these three circles overlap is your Hero Zone.
The Niche Matrix (Effort vs. Reward):
* High Effort / High Reward: Software development, specialized consulting.
* Low Effort / High Reward: Digital products, affiliate marketing (once scaled).
* Low Effort / Low Reward: Taking surveys, watching videos for pennies.
The Hero’s Secret:
Don’t pick a niche because it’s “trendy.” Pick a niche because you can talk about it for 10 minutes straight without a script. If you aren’t interested in the topic, you will quit when the “Zero” phase gets tough.
